The Arnold & Porter ecomp KnowHow Series: Pricing Promises - The Impact of Competition Law

December 11, 2012

The UK Office of Fair Trading recently published a report on the competitive analysis of
various types of pricing promises -- such as:

* Most favoured nation clauses

* So-called "English clauses"

* Lowest market price promises

* The imposition of price obligations
tied to other suppliers' products

In this webinar, we propose to outline the key observations made in the report about various types of pricing agreements
and provide guidance on when such agreements may raise concerns.
