Arnold & Porter’s 2026 Seattle Consumer Products, Retail, & Tech Forum

Arnold & Porter invites you to our inaugural Seattle Forum, a half-day program built for legal and business leaders in the consumer products, retail, and tech industries navigating a rapidly shifting state and federal regulatory landscape. Hosted in our new Seattle office, the forum brings together thought leaders from across the country for an afternoon of candid conversation, practical insight, and networking.

The program will open with a networking lunch and a fireside chat featuring Laura Clinton, Division Chief of the Consumer Protection Division of the Office of the Washington State Attorney General, whose office has been at the forefront of consumer protection enforcement in the region, reflecting the increasingly important role state attorneys general are playing alongside federal regulators.

The forum will then feature panel discussions that address the legal and business challenges shaping the consumer products, retail, and technology sectors, including:
