Arnold & Porter Forum
Arnold & Porter invites you to our inaugural Seattle Consumer Products, Retail, & Tech Forum, a half-day program built for legal and business leaders in the consumer products, retail, and tech industries navigating a rapidly shifting state and federal regulatory landscape. Hosted in the U.S. Bank Center, where our Seattle office is located, the forum brings together Arnold & Porter attorneys from across the country alongside senior in-house leaders, including Marissa John, General Counsel of the Seattle Seahawks, Jolene Marshall, Chief Legal Officer of HighLevel, Zabrina Jenkins, former General Counsel of Starbucks, and Sara Gattie, Chief Risk Officer of Providence, for an afternoon of candid conversation, practical insight, and networking.
The program will open with a networking lunch and a fireside chat featuring Laura Clinton, Consumer Protection Division Chief, Washington State Attorney General’s Office, whose office has been at the forefront of consumer protection enforcement in the region, reflecting the increasingly important role state attorneys general are playing alongside federal regulators.
The forum will then feature panel discussions that address the legal and business challenges shaping the consumer products, retail, and technology sectors, including:
- Ethics in artificial intelligence
- Data & privacy
- Consumer protection, UDAP litigation, & advertising trends
- Pricing, antitrust, tariffs, & algorithmic regulation
- Consumer product compliance and regulatory enforcement trends
A networking reception with drinks and passed hors d’oeuvres will follow. We look forward to seeing you in Seattle.
