Donal O’Brien represents clients in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance matters.

In his M&A practice, Donal works on behalf of buyers and sellers in public and private acquisitions and dispositions, leveraged buyouts, corporate restructurings, spin-offs, joint ventures, and other strategic alliances. His finance practice focuses on secured and unsecured lending transactions on behalf of financial institutions and borrowers. Donal advises on refinancings, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, mortgage loans, receivables financing, loan portfolio acquisitions, and senior and subordinated loan participation.

Raised in Dublin, Donal maintains strong client connections in Ireland. He frequently represents foreign direct investments into the United States, with a particular emphasis on investments both to and from Ireland.
