Kaye Scholer represented American Securities Capital Partners, LLC in the sale of Cambridge International, Inc., the largest woven metal belt manufacturer in the world, to Sterling Investment Partners. Cambridge has been held as one of American Securities Capital Partners' portfolio companies since 2000. The Daily Deal reported the transaction in its May 15 issue.
Partners Mel Cherney, Syd Unger and Arthur Woodard all assisted in the sale.
