Global Investigations Review Names Two Arnold & Porter Partners to 'Women in Investigations' List

Global Investigations Review has profiled Arnold & Porter's Kathleen Harris and Mara Senn in its special report on "Women in Investigations." The report recognizes what the editors describe as 100 "remarkable women in the profession" representing a variety of countries and backgrounds.

Ms. Harris, co-chair of Arnold & Porter's Anti-Corruption practice, is the lead Criminal Adviser for the Management and Standards Committee for News Corporation and News UK, formerly News International. She is instructed in a range of other high-profile criminal matters. She also has extensive experience with advising at the Board Level on regulatory matters and has been recognized by various media as a leading practitioner in her field.

Ms. Senn focuses on anti-corruption and international arbitration matters. She regularly leads multijurisdictional corruption internal investigations and responds to government inquiries and investigations across a wide variety of industry sectors and countries. Ms. Senn also counsels clients on global anti-corruption compliance, as well as anti-corruption due diligence issues in mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. A frequent speaker and writer on anticorruption issues, she is regularly quoted in the press and has received numerous legal recognitions for her work in this area.
