Yates Named to The National Law Journal's 2018 'Winning Litigators' Special Report

Product Liability Litigation co-chair Pamela Yates was named in the 2018 edition of The National Law Journal's "Winning Litigators" special report. The "star litigators" included in the report "scored great results for clients in high-stakes matters," and discuss their trial tips and recent successes.

The report spotlights Yates' unanimous defense verdict on behalf of Auxilium Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Auxilium) in its first bellwether trial for its multidistrict litigation involving testosterone replacement therapy, Testim. Yates advises that keeping science defenses "simple and focused" and starting cross examinations "with a punch" are keys to her success in such cases.
