Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer Secures Bellwether Trial Win for Auxilium Pharmaceuticals

The firm secured a victory on behalf of Auxilium Pharmaceuticals Inc., now a subsidiary of Endo Pharmaceuticals Inc., in the first bellwether trial case for its multidistrict litigation involving testosterone replacement therapy Testim. After a seven-day trial, a jury in the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois determined that our client is not liable for all claims.
The team included partners Pamela Yates, Jim Herschlein and Andrew Solow with support from counsel Aaron Levine and associates Daniel Meyers, David Kerschner, Caitlin Annatoyn, Sally Pei, Jessica Heller, Caitlin Martini, and David Giroux.
