WASHINGTON, DC, January 5, 2021 — Arnold & Porter announced today that Ellen Kaye Fleishhacker, a partner based in San Francisco, has been appointed to serve as Co-Managing Partner for a two-year term effective January 1, 2021. Ms. Fleishhacker is co-head of the firm's Investment Management practice and a member of both the firm's Management and Policy Committees. I am delighted that she has agreed to join our firmwide leadership team at a time of continuing change in our profession."

"It is an honor to serve as Co-Managing Partner and I appreciate the confidence that my partners have placed in me to help lead the firm," said Ms. Fleishhacker. "It is both an exciting and challenging opportunity, and I am looking forward to helping the firm continue to deliver the best in client service and be a destination for top talent."

Ms. Fleishhacker joined Howard Rice law firm in 2000, which merged with Arnold & Porter in 2012. Ms. Fleishhacker was elevated to partner in 2007. She holds a JD/MBA from UC Berkeley's School of Law and Haas School of Business.
