Arnold & Porter Named to ‘Best Law Firms in Complex Commercial Litigation’ List in BTI Litigation Outlook 2022

BTI Consulting Group (BTI) has named Arnold & Porter a “Litigation Leader” in the 2022 edition of its BTI Litigation Outlook Report. The report highlights the 48 “best law firms in complex commercial litigation.”  

BTI’s report commends firms for their litigation prowess based on feedback from top legal decision makers at large organizations. BTI’s findings note that commercial litigation is one of the largest segments showing outsized growth in the coming year, providing more opportunities for law firms to help clients plan, budget, and provide information for management.

Earlier this month, BTI also named Arnold & Porter to the “Awesome Opponents” section of its report on the “39 Firms Most Feared in Litigation.” The firm was also named by BTI to its Client Service A-Team Report and Most Recommended Law Firms Report for 2021.
