Turnarounds & Workouts Recognizes Zerjal Fink in 2022 ‘Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyers’ List

Arnold & Porter Bankruptcy and Restructuring partner Maja Zerjal Fink was named to Turnarounds & Workouts 2022 “Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyers” list. The annual list recognizes attorneys under 40 that have “a list of outstanding achievements within the prior year.”

Turnarounds & Workouts highlighted Zerjal Fink’s involvement in Hertz, where she represented an ad hoc group of first lien lenders holding more than $1 billion of debt, and Cineworld, where she represented a steering committee of term loan lenders owed in excess of $2 billion with respect to the issuance of a new $450 million term loan facility to Cineworld Group Plc.

Zerjal Fink represents clients in distressed situations, corporate reorganizations, distressed investment litigation, and insolvency proceedings in the United States and across the globe. She has represented clients in a number of high-profile restructurings.

Zerjal Fink was previously recognized by the American Bankruptcy Institute's 2020 class of "40 Under 40." She has also been recognized as a Law360 Bankruptcy Rising Star in Bankruptcy, as well as a Rising Star in Bankruptcy by Super Lawyers.
