Arnold & Porter Advises Israel on $6 Billion Sovereign Bond Offering
Arnold & Porter recently represented the State of Israel in its SEC-registered $6 billion sovereign bond offering. The offering included sales of $2.25 billion of five-year bonds at 4.500%, $2 billion of 10-year bonds at 5.000%, and $1.75 billion of 30-year bonds at 5.875%.
The transaction was completed on January 13, 2026, and the bonds were listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. Bank of America, Citigroup Inc., Deutsche Bank AG, Goldman Sachs Group Inc., and JPMorgan Chase & Co. acted as Joint Book-Running Managers.
