Diane Holt Frankle Speaks at PLI’s Acquiring or Selling the Privately Held Company 2011

Diane Holt Frankle, Partner in the Corporate & Finance Department, will speak at PLI’s Acquiring or Selling the Privately Held Company 2011 program in San Francisco on May 10 – 11, 2011. Ms. Frankle and experienced faculty will speak about the steps associated with acquiring and selling a privately held company, whether it is a large independent corporation, a division or subsidiary of a large public company, or a smaller venture capital-backed or family-owned entrepreneurial enterprise. Ms. Frankle will present the seminar “Mock Negotiation and Analysis of Form of Acquisition Agreement” on May 11, 2011.
