Noel Abdala-Arata is an associate in the firm’s Corporate & Finance Group and Latin America practice. Her practice focuses on advising public and private companies on a variety of cross-border transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, venture capital, project finance, and corporate governance matters.

In her active pro bono practice, Noel’s work includes assisting clients ranging from international non-profit organizations to small business owners in navigating corporate governance matters. She also assists individuals with pending immigration claims in applying for employment authorization cards.

Noel received her law degree from New York University School of Law, where she was a student attorney for the International Transactions Clinic, providing pro bono legal services to international non-profit organizations, social enterprises, and impact investors in emerging markets. She was also an executive board member for the Latinx Law Students Association (NYU LaLSA). Noel is from Argentina and speaks Spanish, French, and Portuguese.
