Gregory Criscitello’s practice involves representing private and public companies in a variety of corporate matters. He advises clients on a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and joint ventures. Mr. Criscitello also has experience assisting clients with their day-to-day corporate governance matters and in preparing their periodic securities law filings. He assists clients in a number of industries, including life sciences, private equity, technology, insurance, and financial services.

  • Private equity fund DC Capital Partners and its portfolio companies in acquisition and sale transactions and corporate governance matters. 
  • The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation in its offering of US$550 million Fixed Rate Reset Non-Cumulative Perpetual Series D Preferred Stock. 
  • The Halifax Group in its investment in TriMech, a leading provider of engineering design solutions. 
  • RLS Partners on its acquisition of the assets of Hutt Trucking, Hutt Logistics and affiliates, a cold storage warehousing and transportation service provider.
