Matty Desmond is an Associate in the Corporate & Finance team in London. He advises on a wide range of corporate transactions, including domestic and cross border M&A, joint ventures, venture capital, as well as general corporate advisory work. Before joining Arnold & Porter, Matty was an Associate at an international law firm and spent time on secondment at Unilever.
