Arnold & Porter Represents Wiley in Acquisition of Emerald Publishing Limited
Arnold & Porter recently advised Wiley, a content and research intelligence company, in its acquisition of Emerald Publishing Limited from Cambridge Information Group.
The all-cash transaction, valued at £337 million (USD 452 million), expands Wiley’s portfolio to approximately 2,500 titles with the addition of Emerald’s portfolio.
