Uri Horowitz focuses his practice on advising public and private companies on executive compensation and employee benefits matters, both within the context of day-to-day operations and in support of corporate transactions.
He has particular experience in the design and implementation of compensation and benefit arrangements, including cash and equity-based compensation awards, deferred compensation plans, employment, severance, change of control, and restrictive covenant agreements. He also advises clients on securities law compliance and disclosure issues, as well as tax issues and the application of ERISA rules.
Prior to joining Arnold & Porter, Mr. Horowitz was in private practice.
