Caroline Ellerbe is an associate in the firm's Corporate & Finance group. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, joint ventures, SEC reporting and compliance, and general corporate governance, representing publicly traded and privately held companies and private equity sponsors in domestic and cross-border transactions. Prior to joining Arnold & Porter, Caroline practiced in the Corporate groups at Latham & Watkins and Bartlit Beck. Caroline earned her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law, where she was a Dean's Fellow and an editor of the Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law, and her B.A. from Princeton University.
