Lindsay M. Germano has over 20 years of experience advising C-suite executives on legal and corporate governance matters and public and private corporate finance, and leading strategic transactions for public and private companies, private equity funds, and their portfolio companies.

Lindsay has held senior legal executive roles at multiple public companies throughout her career. She has led various corporate and strategic projects, such as domestic and international mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; minority investments and joint ventures; international transactions and subsidiary governance; and SEC filings and securities law matters.

Before becoming in-house counsel, Lindsay spent nine years as an attorney at a top-tier global law firm.
