Arnold & Porter Advises 2bCapital on Investment in Scanntech

Arnold & Porter recently advised 2bCapital, the private equity division of the Brazilian financial services company Banco Bradesco, on an investment in Scanntech, a Uruguay-headquartered technology company with operations across Latin America that provides technology, analytics, and data-driven solutions to businesses in the consumer goods and retail sectors.
The investment from 2bCapital was part of Scanntech’s US$180 million funding round that included multiple international investors.
The Arnold & Porter team was led by Mergers & Acquisitions partner Carlos Lobo.
