Amelia Holjencin is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Finance practice group. Amelia’s practice spans a range of corporate and commercial matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, and leveraged finance transactions. She also advises clients in general corporate governance matters, SAFE and convertible note financings, secondary transactions, and asset-based financings. Amelia has broad experience representing companies across the digital health, life sciences, artificial intelligence, biotechnology, consumer product, and broader technology sectors.
Amelia maintains an active pro bono practice, advising small businesses and non-profit corporations on governance, formation, and certain commercial issues. Her pro bono work regularly involves immigration matters as well as community legal education.
Amelia earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she served as an associate editor of the Journal of Corporate and Financial Law, a teaching assistant, and a research assistant focusing on issues of constitutional law. Amelia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Temple University’s Fox School of Business.
