Remila Jasharllari

Remila Jasharllari is an associate in the Corporate & Finance practice group. She advises clients in highly regulated industries on a broad range of corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and corporate formation and governance.

Remila earned her J.D. from Pace University School of Law, summa cum laude, where she served as the Executive Productions Editor of the Pace Law Review. During law school, Remila served as a legal intern in the Office of the General Counsel for New York Life. She was awarded the Justice M. Sondra Miller Scholarship.
