Eric Levine focuses on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets. He has represented private equity sponsors as well as strategic investors in acquisitions, joint ventures and other corporate transactions. Mr. Levine has also represented both underwriters and issuers in connection with both US registered and global 144A offerings of debt and equity securities, as well as financial advisers in liability management transactions. Mr. Levine has experience representing companies with respect to their periodic reporting to the US Securities and Exchange Commission, compliance with US securities laws and general corporate advice relating to entity formation, corporate governance and other matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Levine spent three years in the Hong Kong and Singapore offices of a major international firm, during which time he gained significant experience working with issuers and underwriters throughout Asia in a variety of offerings and liability management transactions. In addition, Mr. Levine has completed secondments with the Debt Capital Markets Group at Morgan Stanley Asia Ltd. and the Investment Banking Department, Legal Group, at Goldman Sachs (Asia) L.L.C.
