Ally Myers represents clients in a range of intellectual property and complex litigation matters with a focus on copyright/fair use, trademark, and false advertising disputes. Ally has successfully litigated matters in federal courts of all levels. Ally also maintains an active pro bono practice focusing on civil rights, with experience litigating First and Fifth Amendment claims.

Ally previously served as a law clerk to Judge Robert B. Kugler of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She earned her law degree summa cum laude from UC Irvine School of Law in 2021. During law school, she served as Editor in Chief for the UC Irvine Journal of International, Transnational, and Comparative Law.

  • Zinus, Inc. (C.D. Cal.) in defending against claims that enforcement and publication of its patent violated the Lanham Act and tortiously interfered with alleged infringer’s business relationships.
  • Anthropic, PBC (N.D. Cal.) in defending against copyright infringement claims involving the training of its large language models. 
  • Simple Modern (D.N.J.) in defending against trademark, trade dress, and patent infringement claims involving EVA foam totes.
