Enforcement Edge: Shining Light on Government Enforcement

The 2026 edition of Chambers USA recognized Arnold & Porter’s Securities Enforcement & Litigation practice for its depth of experience representing clients in complex securities disputes, regulatory investigations, and enforcement proceedings before the SEC, PCAOB, and other agencies. The practice is particularly well known for its auditor and accountant liability work, advising and representing accounting firms, auditors, and other professional services providers across high-stakes litigation and regulatory matters.
