Joel Greenberg, Diane Holt Frankle and Farhad Jalinous Will Speak at ABA Business Law Section’s Global Business Law Forum

Joel I. Greenberg, Diane Holt Frankle and Farhad Jalinous will speak at the ABA Business Law Section’s second Global Business Law Forum on September 21–23, 2011, in London. The Forum will focus on cross-border issues, with a special emphasis on financial reform and its effects on clients. The program faculty, from Europe and North America, will consist of the brightest legal minds on various subject matters.

Joel Greenberg will be the Program Chair and Moderator of “Cross-Border Acquisitions and the Impact of U.S. Regulations” on September 23, 2011. Farhad Jalinous will be a panelist for the program. Mr. Greenberg will also be a panelist for “Avoiding Land Mines in Acquiring the Delaware Public Company” on September 23, 2011. Diane Holt Frankle will be the Program Chair for “Let’s Make a Deal – Getting to Yes With a Public Target Across the Pond” on September 22, 2011.
