Kaye Scholer represented Sandforce, Inc., the leading provider of flash storage processors for enterprise and client flash solutions and solid state drives (SSDs), in its acquisition by LSI Corporation, a designer of semiconductors and software that accelerate storage and networking in datacenters and mobile networks, for a total deal value of approximately $400 million. The deal team included Partners Diane Frankle, Derek Stoldt, Laurie Abramowitz, Claudia Higgins, Jeffrey London, Peter Root and Gregory Silberman; Counsel Peter Danias; and Associates David Kim and Brian Witkowski.
