Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer advised the special committee of Healthcare Trust, Inc. (HTI) during its acquisition of 17 medical office buildings and 2 senior housing facilities from American Realty Capital Healthcare Trust III, Inc. (ARC HT III), a real estate investment trust focused on healthcare-related properties. The sale closed on December 22, 2017.
