Arnold & Porter Advises Halifax on Partnership with ChanceLight

Arnold & Porter advised private equity firm The Halifax Group (Halifax) on its recent partnership with ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy & Education (ChanceLight).
Halifax, which partners with owners and managers of industry-leading companies, invested in ChanceLight based on its industry-leading service for people with autism spectrum and other behavioral disorders. ChanceLight annually serves nearly 19,000 clients and students at more than 150 locations in more than 20 states. Halifax’s investment will help ChanceLight bring their services to more children and families.
The transaction team was led by Corporate & Finance partner Stephen Koval and counsel Marci Settle.
