Arnold & Porter's Representation of HelpMeSee, Inc. in Connection with WonderWork, Inc. Bankruptcy Wins TMA's 'Non-Profit Transaction of the Year'

Arnold & Porter was recently announced as a winner of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) Turnaround and Transaction of the Year Award for "Non-Profit Transaction of the Year" based on its work for HelpMeSee, Inc. in connection with the bankruptcy case of Wonderwork, Inc (Wonderwork). TMA will honor bankruptcy partner Benjamin Mintz and the HelpMeSee legal team at the September 2019 TMA Annual Conference in Cleveland, OH.

TMA, the premier professional community dedicated to turnaround management and corporate renewal, selected award winners through a rigorous peer-review process to honor work that has "made a significant economic impact on the global economy by helping struggling businesses preserve their value and save jobs."
