Arnold & Porter Acts as Regulatory Counsel for AM General and MacAndrews & Forbes in Sale to KPS

Arnold & Porter served as regulatory counsel to AM General LLC (AM General) and MacAndrews & Forbes Incorporated (MacAndrews & Forbes) on AM General's sale to KPS Capital Partners, LP (KPS).

AM General, a leading producer of light tactical and specialized vehicles for military and commercial customers worldwide, has built and maintained over one million vehicles in the last 100 years and over 300,000 automotive systems in more than 70 countries. Its sale will further support its commitment to research, technology, innovation, engineering, and new product development.

The Arnold & Porter Antitrust/Competition team was led by partner C. Scott Lent and included counsel Peter Danias, senior associate Francesca Pisano, and associate Mathieu Coquelet Ruiz.
