Arnold & Porter Advises Resilient Infrastructure Group on Sale to Partners Group

Arnold & Porter advised Resilient Infrastructure Group, a leading water and wastewater solutions provider in the United States and Canada, on its sale to leading global private markets investment manager Partners Group. The transaction allows Resilient to scale into a world-class water-as-a-service company by continuing its development of a diversified, multi-industry water platform operating in the multibillion-dollar distributed water and wastewater sectors. The transaction closed on February 16, 2021.
