Greenberg to Co-chair ABA’s Negotiating Business Acquisitions 2015 Seminar

Partner Joel Greenberg will co-chair the ABA’s 20^th Annual Negotiating Business Acquisitions 2015 seminar in Miami November 12-13, 2015. In addition to serving as co-chair, Greenberg will speak on six different panels throughout the two-day event.

This ABA seminar is structured to give participants an in-depth perspective on negotiating business acquisitions through the discussion of all facets of the acquisition process. Topics include techniques used in structuring and negotiating M&A deals; the tax and securities law aspects of business acquisitions; and the impact of legal and regulatory issues and developments on M&A transactions.
