Kaye Scholer Advises Veeva Systems on Industry-Transforming Acquisition of Zinc Ahead

A cross-office Kaye Scholer team advised San Francisco Bay Area Veeva Systems, a leader in cloud-based software for the global life sciences industry, in its acquisition of UK-based Zinc Ahead. The approximately $130 million cash deal, which was announced September 29, combines two industry leaders to deliver the most complete commercial content management solution for the life sciences industry
