Walter Allison

Walter Allison is a member of the Corporate & Finance Group, focusing his practice on M&A transactions, private equity, venture capital investments, and general corporate counseling services. Walter has advised clients of all sizes and sophistication across a range of transactions, including domestic and cross-border deals and stock and asset acquisitions.

Walter graduated from the University of Michigan Law School where he was a senior editor for the Michigan Law Review. Prior to law school, Walter served as an infantry officer in the United States Army.
