Sarah Rosenberg’s practice focuses on intellectual property and brand protection, including trademark infringement, false advertising, unfair competition, and right of publicity. She is also active in the firm’s pro bono practice.

Sarah graduated from New York University School of Law, where she was a Robert McKay Scholar and served as a Managing Editor for the Annual Survey of American Law. During law school, Sarah participated in NYU’s Disability Rights and Justice Clinic, where she served as amicus counsel before the New York Court of Appeals, and worked as a teaching assistant for the first-year torts course.
