Competition Law in Life Sciences Seminar

During this full-day seminar, members of our global Antitrust team provided a comparative update on EU and US antitrust issues at their intersection with pharmaceutical regulatory law. Topics included EU pricing strategies, as well as EU and US mergers, dawn raids, and biosimilars.

Special guest speaker Paul Csiszár, Director of DG Comp, gave a keynote speech followed by a Q&A session. We were also be joined by Kristine Peers, General Counsel at EFPIA, who discussed Pricing Strategies in the EU with members of the Arnold & Porter team.
