Arnold & Porter Obtains $655.5M Judgment Against PLO and Palestinian Authority in Legal Battle Over Terrorist Attacks

New York, March 2, 2015 -- Arnold & Porter LLP recently won a $655.5 million judgment on behalf of Americans killed or injured during six terrorist attacks in Israel between 2002 and 2004 and after a federal jury in Manhattan found the Palestine Liberation Organization and the Palestinian Authority liable for knowingly supporting those attacks. The case was closely followed in the national and international press.

The verdict came after a seven-week jury trial.

Arnold & Porter's legal team was led by Kent Yalowitz, who was named "Litigator of the Week" by The American Lawyer's Litigation Daily, and included Philip Horton, Ken Hashimoto, Lucy McMillan, Sara Pildis, Carmela Romeo, Tal Machnes and Michael Kientzle.
