Arnold & Porter Announces the Election of 16 New Partners, Four New Counsel, Three Managing Directors

WASHINGTON, DC, January 31, 2019 — Arnold & Porter is pleased to announce the election of 16 new partners and four new counsel, effective February 1, 2019. In addition, the firm announced the elevation of three managing directors in its Legislative and Public Policy practice.

		Tracy Belton is a member of the Corporate and Finance practice, resident in the New York office. She earned her JD from St. John's University School of Law, cum laude, and received her BA from George Washington University, cum laude, with honors.
		Zachary Fayne, a member of the Environmental practice, is resident in the San Francisco office. He earned his JD from Harvard Law School, cum laude, and received his BA from Washington University in St. Louis, summa cum laude.
		Murad Hussain is a member of the White Collar Defense practice, based in the Washington, DC office. He earned his JD from Yale Law School and received his AB from Harvard College, magna cum laude.
		Seth Kleinman, a member of the Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice, is resident in the Chicago office. He earned his JD from Northwestern University School of Law, cum laude, and received his BA from the University of Pennsylvania, summa cum laude.
		Nicholas Lee is a member of the Intellectual Property practice, resident in the Los Angeles office. He earned his JD from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, cum laude, and received his BS from the University of California, Los Angeles.
		Colleen McDuffie is a member of the Corporate and Finance practice, based in the Washington, DC office. She earned her JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was a Hardy Cross Dillard Scholar. She received her BSEE and BS from George Mason University.
		David Menchel, a member of the Corporate and Finance practice, is based in the New York office. He earned his JD from New York University School of Law, and received his BA from the University of Pennsylvania, magna cum laude.
		Aaron Miner is a member of the Securities Enforcement and Litigation practice, resident in the New York office. He earned his JD from New York Law School, magna cum laude, and received his BA from the University of Rochester.
		Jacqueline Mulryne, a member of the Life Sciences and Healthcare Regulatory practice, is resident in the London office. A Solicitor Advocate, Ms. Mulryne received her MA from Cambridge University, Graduate Diploma in Law from the Nottingham Law School, and BA from Cambridge University.
		Christine O'Connell is a member of the Real Estate practice, based in the New York office. She earned her JD from New York Law School, cum laude, and received her BA from College of the Holy Cross.
		Raqiyyah Pippins, a member of the Life Sciences and Healthcare Regulatory practice, is resident in the Washington, DC office. She earned her JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, and received her BA from Stanford University.
