Arnold & Porter Advises Republic of Honduras on $600 Million Bond Issuance

Arnold & Porter advised the Republic of Honduras on its issuance of $600 million 5.625% sovereign bonds due 2030 which closed today. The proceeds from the issue will be used to refinance obligations of the Honduran electricity company ENEE.
The Arnold & Porter Corporate & Finance team included partner Whitney Debevoise, counsel Arturo Caraballo, and associates Mateo Morris and Valentina Garzon. The tax team included partner David Sausen and associate Anna Parnes. Arnold & Porter has represented Honduras with respect to all of its sovereign issuances since its inaugural issue in 2013.
