Arnold & Porter Advises Republic of Colombia on $2.5 Billion Global Bond Issuance

On June 4, 2020, Arnold & Porter advised the Republic of Colombia on its issuance of $1 billion of its 3.125% Global Bonds due 2031 and $1.5 billion of its 4.125% Global Bonds due 2051. HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., Itau BBA USA Securities, Inc. and Santander Investment Securities Inc. acted as underwriters in the transaction.
