Arnold & Porter Advises Microsoft on Next Chapter of OpenAI Partnership

Arnold & Porter represented Microsoft Corporation in connection with the recapitalization of OpenAI into a public benefit corporation. Following the recapitalization, which closed on October 28, Microsoft holds an investment in OpenAI Group PBC valued at approximately $135 billion.
