Generative AI Is Reshaping The Defense Of Complex Litigation

Defending against a lawsuit is expensive, document-intensive and increasingly complex. For in-house legal teams managing outside counsel and overseeing large-scale litigation — including multidistrict litigation and mass torts — the pressure to control costs while maintaining quality is constant. Generative AI is rapidly changing that calculus.
