Arnold & Porter Advises TELUS Corporation on Acquisition of Muddy Boots Software Limited

Arnold & Porter advised TELUS Corporation, a leading communications and information technology company, on its acquisition of Muddy Boots Software, a leading provider of data-driven food supply chain solutions. The deal will allow Muddy Boots to grow in key markets, such as North America and Asia Pacific, and to accelerate the development of its digital supply chain solutions. The deal was announced on April 9, 2020.
