Arnold & Porter Announces the Election of 12 New Partners, Two New Counsel, One Managing Director

WASHINGTON, DC, December 30, 2019 — Arnold & Porter is pleased to announce the election of 12 new partners and two new counsel, effective January 1, 2020. In addition, the firm announced the elevation of a managing director in its Legislative and Public Policy practice.

		Lynn Fischer Fox is a member of the International Trade practice, resident in the Washington, DC office. She earned her JD from Stanford Law School and received her BA from American University.
		Vinita Kailasanath, a member of the Corporate and Finance practice, is resident in the Silicon Valley office. She earned her JD from Stanford Law School and MS from Stanford University. She received her BA from Stanford University, with honors and distinction, Phi Beta Kappa.
		Rachel Kless is a member of the Real Estate practice, resident in the New York office. She earned her JD from George Washington University Law School, with honors, and received her BA from Pitzer College.
		Cara Koss, a member of the Tax practice, is resident in the Washington, DC office. She earned her LLM from New York University and JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. She received her MS and MA from the University of Virginia and her BS from Washington and Lee University, magna cum laude.
		Daniel Meyers is a member of the Product Liability Litigation practice, resident in the Chicago office. He earned his JD from the University of Wisconsin Law School, cum laude, and received his BA from Emory University.
		William Needle is a member of the Tax practice, resident in the San Francisco office. He earned his JD from Stanford Law School, with distinction, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. He earned his BA from the University of Pennsylvania, summa cum laude, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
		Colin O'Brien, a member of the Complex Litigation practice, is resident in the Denver office. He earned his JD from the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, summa cum laude, and received his BS from Truman State University, cum laude.

Managing Director
