Arnold & Porter Advising Wheels Up on Acquisition of Air Partner

Arnold & Porter is advising Wheels Up Experience Inc on all aspects of its acquisition of London Stock Exchange-listed Air Partner plc.

Wheels Up will acquire the share capital of Air Partner for 125 pence per share, equivalent to an enterprise value of approximately $107 million. The acquisition is expected to close later in the first quarter subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals. The acquisition of Air Partner will enable Wheels Up to expand its international service offerings.
