Arnold & Porter Announces Election of 12 New Partners, 9 New Counsel, 2 Managing Directors

WASHINGTON, DC, December 16, 2022 — Arnold & Porter is pleased to announce the election of 12 new partners, nine new counsel and two managing directors, effective January 1, 2023.

Janice Bashford is a member of the Legislative & Public Policy practice, resident in the Washington, DC office. She earned her JD at Georgetown University Law Center and BA at American University, where she was an Arthur Shackler Scholar.

Sarah Constantine is a member of the Tax practice, resident in the New York office. She earned her JD at Fordham University School of Law and BA at the University of California, Berkeley, with honors.

Sarah Grey is a member of the Environmental practice, resident in the Denver, CO office. She earned her JD at Stanford Law School, MS at Stanford University and BA at the University of Virginia, with honors. She clerked for the Honorable Rebecca Beach Smith in the US District Court, Eastern District of Virginia.

Naomi Hartman is a member of the Corporate & Finance practice, resident in the Washington, DC office. She earned her JD at the American University Washington College of Law, summa cum laude, Order of the Coif and BA at New York University, summa cum laude, with departmental honors.

David Kerschner is a member of the Product Liability & Mass Tort practice, resident in the New York office. He earned his JD at the New York University School of Law and BA at Colgate University, cum laude.

Ali Krimmer is a member of the Real Estate practice, resident in the New York office. She earned her JD at Fordham University School of Law and BA at Columbia University.

Jennifer Kwapisz is a member of the Product Liability & Mass Tort practice, resident in the New York office. She earned her JD at St. John’s University, summa cum laude, and was the Valedictorian, and her BS at Fordham University summa cum laude, where she was also the Valedictorian. Kwapisz clerked for the Honorable Christopher F. Droney at the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Honorable Paul G. Gardephe at the US District Court, Southern District of New York.

Sally Pei is a member of the Appellate and Supreme Court practice, resident in the Washington, DC office. She earned her JD at Yale Law School and BA at the University of Cambridge with First Class Honors. Pei clerked for the Honorable William A. Fletcher at the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Honorable O. Thomas Johnson at the Iran-United States Claims Tribunal.

Patrick Reidy is a member of the Intellectual Property practice, resident in the Chicago office. He earned his JD at The George Washington University Law School and his BS at Quincy University.

Christian Sheehan is a member of the White Collar practice, resident in the Washington, DC, office. He earned his JD at Boston College Law School, magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, and BA at American University, magna cum laude. Sheehan clerked for the Honorable D. Michael Fisher in the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
